This project was an experimentation with lighting and portrait to depict emotion. The series follows a day with a couple. It is unknown if this moment of extended conflict is a norm for them, or if this is a rare occurance. However the emotions that arise that prelude and epilogue their anger - annoyance, exhaustion, disprespect, defeat - are feelings that can only be tolerated from those that you love.
